Project Manager

G-NIUS is exclusively partnering with an international automotive leasing business based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. They currently require a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. In this position you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with car dealers, insurance companies, and banks, managing overdue cases, and handling administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for supporting expansion into new locations across Africa and building relationships with infrastructure partners and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise all process with the clients with maximum efficiency and with high clients NPS: execution and approval of iPA with clients, delivery of the cars process organising, any services of the clients maintaining and development,
• Manage relationships with car dealers, insurance companies, and service providers for vehicle repossession, storage, and resale.
• Handle default cases and ensure proper vehicle management.
• Coordinate with banks and finance teams to maintain stable financial operations.
• Support administrative tasks and communications with stakeholders.
• Support communication with governmental/ court/ administrative authorities in Cote d’Ivoire to deliver desired outcomes and ensure positive outlook on the companies business and development
• Assist in business development and expansion projects across Africa.
• Communicate with government and administrative authorities for business processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in the automotive or related sector, with an understanding of the new and used car markets.
• Familiarity with VTC (vehicle-for-hire) business specifics.
• Strong communication skills and experience dealing with government authorities (e.g., registration, insurance, tax).
• Willingness to travel and manage operations in other African countries.
• Experience leading teams and launching new products.
