Accounts Payable Manager

Accounts Payable Manager | Real Estate | London (hybrid) | c. £45,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Goodman Masson is supporting a leading real estate business looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join its Controllership team. Managing both in-house and outsourced staff, you’ll own the purchase-to-pay process and drive improvements across systems, controls and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outsourced and onsite AP team to deliver an efficient, well-controlled AP function
• Oversee the purchase ledger and payment cycles, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments
• Improve and streamline purchase-to-pay processes and systems, partnering with internal teams to provide support and training where needed
• Support the wider Finance function

About You

• Strong experience within Accounts Payable; exposure to outsourced service models advantageous
• Team management experience is essential
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills and a proactive approach
• Detail-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
