Join an innovative firm specialising in algorithmic trading and liquidity services for institutional clients on a global scale. As part of a dynamic client services team, you will be the first point of contact responsible for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring efficient communication and high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to support a global client base by managing client onboarding and ad-hoc projects. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will coordinate effectively between internal teams and clients, monitor NOP limits and margin utilisations, and review KYC documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness-all while employing strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background with prior experience in financial markets complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-motivated attitude and proven experience in client and technology onboarding support is key.
