Fund Accountant/Controller

We are partnering with a top-tier international investment manager to appoint an interim Fund Controller for a 6-month contract. Managing several billion in assets, the firm is a major player in the high-growth technology and innovation space,. Following a significant recent fundraise, they are looking for a high-calibre fund finance professional to join their lean, high-performing London team during a period of high activity.

Key responsibilities:

• Investor reporting: supporting the production of high-quality quarterly and annual reporting suites.
• Administrator oversight: managing relationships with third-party fund administrators to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Capital management: preparing and coordinating capital calls, distributions, and complex equalization processes.
• Regulatory & Audit: assisting with statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and year-end audit requirements.
• Operational support: providing real-time financial insights to support a fast-paced investment environment.

Your background:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally from practice but not essential
• Private markets experience (VC/PE/Real Estate)
• Proven fund accounting expertise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
