Fund Manager

Goodman Masson are exclusively partnering with a prestigious asset management firm who currently require a Fund Manager. This is a permanent position based in Muscat Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement multi-asset investment strategies with a strong focus on GCC-listed equities.
• Manage portfolios across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, ETFs, REITs, private equity, and infrastructure funds.
• Conduct in-depth fundamental research and financial valuation to generate alpha and exceed risk-adjusted return targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring alignment with the overall investment philosophy and strategies.
• Engage directly with clients, providing detailed performance reporting, attribution analysis, and investment outlook.
• Participate in business development, client acquisition, and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 10 years of experience in investment management, portfolio strategy, and multi-asset management, particularly, with a strong focus on GCC-listed equities.
• CFA Charterholder with a strong academic background in Finance.
• Proven track record of alpha generation and AUM growth; ability to create cumulative alpha and drive performance.
• Exceptional leadership skills, adaptability, and a commitment to ethics and transparency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients, brokers, and team members.
