Tax Manager – Group Tax, Media

I’m currently supporting a leading global film & media organisation in hiring a Tax Manager to oversee group tax compliance, reporting and withholding tax across multiple international entities. The ideal profile will be ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified who has worked in a multinational environment, with strong experience across corporate tax, VAT, tax reporting, transfer pricing exposure, and cross-border compliance. A fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a broader global remit and work with senior leadership across 60+ jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance, submissions and payments across group entities

• Review UK VAT returns, statutory accounts, disclosures and annual filings

• Oversee preparation of international tax returns, including US filings

• Prepare quarterly tax reporting packs, journals, reconciliations and tax memos

• Review subsidiary statutory accounts & tax computations before submissions

• Support tax audits and investigations, including customs reviews

• Maintain provisions, audit exposure assessments and risk tracking

• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and CbCR-related support

• Research tax technical issues and translate into practical commercial guidance

• Provide technical updates and collaborate closely with Finance and Senior Leadership

What We’re Looking For

✔ ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified 
✔ Experience within an international tax environment (Group tax preferred)
✔ Strong grounding in direct & indirect tax compliance and reporting
✔ Exposure to transfer pricing, BEPS, CbCR and OECD frameworks
