Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Develop and enhance financial processes and controls to meet evolving organisational needs.
• Oversee statutory accounts preparation and ensure compliance with governance and tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, payroll, and audits.
• Deliver insightful financial management information to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Qualified accountant with experience preparing SORP-compliant statutory accounts.
• Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Xero, and Salesforce.
• Proven ability in financial management and process improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and adept at prioritising in a dynamic environment.

Desired:

• Experience reporting to funders and contributing to strategic planning.
• Knowledge of scenario planning and assessing income generation opportunities.
