Investment Analyst

An excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to join a high-quality, entrepreneurial real estate investment and development team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting investment decisions through robust financial modelling, valuations, and market analysis.

Core responsibilities include building and updating investment models, preparing analysis for new opportunities, contributing to due-diligence and acquisition work, producing market studies, supporting short- and long-term financial forecasts, and assisting in materials for senior management and internal committees. You will also help monitor project performance through periodic valuations and provide analytical support across the business.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience as an Investment Analyst with strong analytical ability, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.

This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility from day one, with the chance to develop modelling skills and gain exposure to live transactions while working closely with the Managing Director and Investment Manager.
