Move from any P&C background into Marine Reinsurance Pricing

I am working with a global brokerage that is looking for individuals with 4-6 years of P&C experience in Pricing, Capital, or Risk Management (bonus if you have stochastic modeling experience!) to join their Reinsurance Pricing team, which manages a large Marine portfolio. They are seeking people with an entrepreneurial personality who can think quickly on their feet.
