Location: Various Sites, North / East London

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to lead across multiple recycling and reuse retail shops where unwanted items are collected, refurbished, and given a second life. You’ll oversee performance across several sites, supporting teams to deliver strong operational standards, engaging merchandising, and excellent customer service. With genuine autonomy and scope to influence how sites operate, this role offers both challenge and progression within a growing, sustainability-focused organisation.

About You

You’ll be a confident leader with retail management experience, ideally across multiple sites. Experience running a charity shop, reuse store, recycling retail outlet, or similar community-focused environment would be highly beneficial.

Organised, commercially aware, and passionate about sustainability, you’ll enjoy developing teams and creating attractive retail spaces from pre-loved and refurbished stock.
